Appointments

Therapy is scheduled by appointment during the daytime and some evening hours. Please be advised that weekend appointments are not available.

Fees

Therapy appointments are 50 minutes long. Fees are $200 per session. Payment by cash, check, or Venmo is due at the time of service. 

Insurance

As an out-of-network provider for all PPO Insurance Plans, I provide a receipt that you may submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Cancellation Policy

24 hour advance notice is required to cancel an appointment. A full fee will be collected for missed sessions or late cancellations.
